Achievements
The entire shutdown job was completed in a record time of 53 Days against the tough schedule of 56 days stipulated by clients. The job was also done to the entire satisfaction of CPCL with excellent quality, workmanship, and teamwork with zero accident.

In charge of equipment internals installation for columns, vessels and reactor.
Handled 30tons of internals, which includes high precision reactor internals under supervision of Johnson & Johnson - Australia.

Handled 320 tons of equipments (177 Nos) such as Pulper, Disc Filter, Disperger, Flocculation tank, Detraiter, Pumps, SS Tanks, Agitators etc
In addition 50 tons structural fabrication and erection for piping works done.
Systematic and meticulous planning enables the project to complete two months ahead of schedule.
To prepare B.O.Q. for structural materials.
